Joshisbff
Circuit board went bad. Replaced it and Hot tub powers on with no problem, but pump 2 is not longer showing on the control panel. When pressing the button it does not even trigger a relay click. Heating fine and pump one is fine. Any clue why pump 2 is no longer recognized? CanadianSpaTech
Post photos of the circuit board and the schematic on the inside cover so we can see what system you have and how it is configured.
Joshisbff
Attached are photos. Pump 2 is on the Expander board (close up photo).
CanadianSpaTech
If the LED pump indicator light is not coming on then you might have the wrong "Set up" configuration Program number. It thinks there is no pump 2. Is it the EXACT same board you replaced. Is it from original dealer/manufacturer.. or bought online.
Joshisbff
No it is not the same board. Very slight differences, but they discontinued the original board and said to use this one in its place.
Joshisbff
The main difference is that on the old board W1 from the expander connected to J34. But looking at the schematics, it goes to J36 and J34 is occupied/connected to J51.
Joshisbff
Here is the original vs new
CanadianSpaTech
White wires for 120V components (AV) go to Area 1. White wires for 240V components (pumps) go to area 3. The new board might not have the "Set Up #" pre programmed. Looks to me like it has set up # 7 = 1- 2 speed pump only and that's why pump 2 is not showing on the topside. You need to program it for set up 5. Now Maxx or Vita spa stuff is proprietary so finding info can be hard. You should be able to access the low level programming through the topside. Try and hold light button for 30 seconds and see if anything pops up.

That did the trick, I had to flip the switch to test mode to get the programming options to come up, but that fixed it!!!
