What is the other non active/listed ingredients in Spa Guard Enhanced Shock 58% Sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione?

I've been simply using Silver wire 99.99% and Spa Guard Enhanced Shock since 2003.  I add the later after tubbing and give it a bigger hit once a week or so. I give the silver a little scrub once in a while till it falls appart needs replacing. Works great, non irritating to me, I get 6 months between water and microfilter  change. I gave a cheaper dichlor product advertising 90% but it doesn't work as well and overnight the free chlorine drops to nil. There must be some other stabilizer or something in the Spa Guard product but the MSDS lists only 'inorganic salts' and 'trade secret'. Wonder what those are?
