Troy S
I have a question, I am installing a Pentair heat pump and I am considering replacing the above ground plumbing with 2 inch pipes. Additionally I have a waterfall that really needs additional water flowing. I have a 1.65 hp pump. The skimmers and drains connect to a three position valve and then to the pump. After exiting the pump the water goes through the filter then another three position valve and back to the pool or the waterfall. I am thinking of doing away with the three position valves and installing two position valves on all of the suction and return lines. My thinking is that doing away with the the three position valves would allow for additional volume in both the suction and return lines. Your thoughts? RDspaguy
Bigger pipe or new valves, it won't change a thing.
