Identification of floating part

I've noticed a vibration or louder sound in the back wall of my 2005 hot spring jet setter the noise is only happening when it's on clean or the Jets are on. I now find this attached plastic fitting floating in the area of the filters. I'm guessing seeing I only hear the noise when the Jets are running that it's something in the jet system and the piece is large enough that it escaped into the water if I could identify the part and find some schematics to repair this my concern is the vibration or rumbling noise when jets are on will eventually break something and in upstate New York the temperature are zero nervous for a potential breakdown and freezing situation any help would be appreciated.
