I have had a Bullfrog A6L for a few months now.  Have a few questions for fellow Bullfrog owners.

1) The pump seems to run very often, and is quite loud.  Is this normal?  Is this a setting thing?  Could this be an insulation thing?  I am in NC so it is relatively warm.

2) I have the 2nd pump option.  However, the pressure of the 2nd pump in 2 of the jetpacks is way stronger than the other 2 jetpacks.  For those who have 2 pumps, have you had the same experience?

Thoughts?  Experiences?

Check your filter cycle duration. Most spas will run a 2 hour filter cycle in AM and 2 hours in the PM. If you are in a warmer climate you can try an "Economy" mode so the heater only turns on during the filter cycles.

Open the panel and make sure the wiring is not up against anything and causing vibration. Put your hand on each component to see if you can dampen any vibration.

I don't see a lot of Bullfrog Spas here in Canada so can't comment on pump pressure.

I also have the thermal blanket in my spa that sits on top of the water, but because the jets turn on when the pumps run it usually gets crumpled up.  Any ideas on keeping this in place on top of the water?

I got my 2024 Bullfrog A6L a few weeks ago and noticed that the lounge seat jetpack location was vibrating excessively and it got worse when you lean back against it. We swapped jetpacks from the other seat locations and some vibrated the same while others didn't as much. The dealer we bought the tub from sent out a technician and they said that sometimes the jetpack doesn't seat down enough (possibly from the jetpack bracket on the tub being installed slightly too high). The fix was easy and all they did was add two large o-rings between the bottom of the jetpack gasket and foam gasket on the jetpack inlet. That pushed the jetpack up high enough to secure the jetpack in place and prevent the vibration. All works well now.
