RDspaguy Posted December 5, 2021 Report Share Posted December 5, 2021 Dirty filters, faulty pressure switch, faulty sensors, faulty circulation pump, bad board. Remove filters. Test pressure switch for continuity with power off, and with circ pump running. Post results. Test sensors (thermistors) with an ohm meter set for 20k ohms. Post results. Check circ pump for excessive heat and debris in the impeller. Check for a stream of tiny champaign bubbles shooting out of the return. If they are bigger than carbonation bubbles or rise nearly straight up from the return (jet) you have a flow issue (filters, obstructions, faulty pump).
