Circuit Board catches fire

My hottub tripped it's 30 Amp fuses. I replaced my fuses and when I went to start the pump. The circuit board caught fire. I have replaced the board and all damaged wires. But im reluctant to start it up as I don't want this to happen again. I got this used hottub about 6 months and I filled it with water and started it up with no issues to about 15 hours of it heating up  all settings of the pumped worked before the fuses went. When I put in the new fuses and pushed on the jets. The board started to pop and crack and glow red.

The relay stuck closed. That caused it to overheat and catch fire.

That does happen frequently, usually on relays that have been in service for a long time. The contacts arc every time they break the connection. Over time, the coating wear thru and then the relay is either prone to sticking or fails with the contacts not conducting.

Your new board should be good for many more years of service, go ahead and use the tub.
