Larry vaughan
We have A 2017 Hot Springs Highlife Grandee NXT that we are going to sell as we’re building a built in pool/spa. It’s in great condition and has the Ace salt water system, the Wireless Music System, subwoofer, and oval pop up speakers. Any suggestions as to what I should try to sell for? ratchett
Warranties do not transfer and that does affect resale values. However assuming the spa is in fully operational condition, take photos of the tub with water in the spa (so people can verify it holds water and works). List it for around $6500 to $8500 (depending on your region) and I bet it'll sell within days.
RDspaguy
From experience, I'd say you will be sorry you got rid of your portable spa. The inground is likely to be very disappointing in comparison. The used spa market has gone fickle. It was crazy for a while there, and you could get nearly new spa $ for used spas, but the current economic situation has people less anxious to buy toys, at least in my area. Don't be surprised if it sits for a while.
