MIC T
Hello, got into a house with a old pool system and the pool side cleaner pressure is low. the cleaner will not move. Everything is clear and clean. having trouble getting help that won’t break the bank. Can someone help me ID this part as I’m thinking it might be clogged and part of the cleaner pressure. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!!
RDspaguy
Does the bottom piece unscrew? @Pool Clown, @jimmythegreek, any idea?

RDspaguy
Hopefully one of our pool pros will respond, I can't say I have ever seen one of those. It does look like some sort of strainer or something.
Pool Clown
Looks like a Jandy energy sweep filter. But its too small. It also looks like it has seen better days. DO NOT try to unscrew that transparent piece with channel locks or any other kind of pliers that squeeze the jaws together when you grip the handle(s). Use a monkey or plumbers type wrench where the jaw opening does not change while you are trying to unscrew it.
