Rich2827 Posted September 2, 2021 Report Share Posted September 2, 2021 I am wondering if I could mount a handrail directly on the pool coping. My pool is surrounded by pavers that ARE NOT cemented to the ground. The pavers are simply placed on a sand surface. Can I drill into the coping and will the screws hold without damaging the pool? Here are three photos. The first shows the railing with a stainless steel plate that is screwed down. The second photo shows the actual side of my pool by my steps.
