What's this part called?

I'm trying to figure out what this white connection part is called.  It's leaking where I have it circled.20210719_203252.thumb.jpg.d30bb65ab8d4db2baa4ec1ae4201d9c8.jpg. My Google search skills have failed me. The pipe is 3/4 inch.

Any suggestions on how to replace it also greatly appreciated. Don't feel like paying the only spa repair man I can get ahold of $400 to replace it. Thanks in advance!

Warm up the soft plumbing with a heat gun and try and remove the soft plumbing from the rigid Tee and re glue it back in place... or I might cut the soft plumbing about an inch back and then cut/slice the soft plumbing back to the rigid Tee and get a pair of needle nose plyers and twist it out then re glue it.

Then reduce to 3/8... (ridiculous price) https://www.diypartcenter.com/products/sundance-spa-3-4-inch-to-3-8-inch-barbed-adapter-sun6540-063

Those seem like some good options. The joint itself seems to be fine, the glue seems to be the point of failure. I'll have to give heating it up a try!
