Believer Posted June 25, 2021 Report Share Posted June 25, 2021 Tub shut itself down when jets were initiated, leaving light still on in control panel showing only double dashes; system stays dormant. I turned power off, reset the memory by linking the two J43 prongs, turned power on, then off, returned the J43 to unlinked status and turned the power back on; the system operated and circulated for a couple of hours, heated to the set temp, then shut off and returned to the dormant state, double dashes on the control panel, buttons unresponsive. Unplugging the control panel phone cord from the control board, which at an earlier test had started the circulation pump, now has no effect. RDspaguy Posted June 25, 2021 Report Share Posted June 25, 2021 Remove filter. If it works, buy a new filter. Test sensors. The computer is shutting down due to what it thinks is an unsafe condition.
