Power cord

It's most likely the GFCI on the wire. They are notorious for failure.

You can buy a replacement cord with a new GFCI for about $15 from Amazon. Or you can just put a male end on the cord and install a GFCI outlet where you plug your spa in. DO NOT use your spa without GFCI protection. To test, yes, you can run it without the GFCI but don't use it.
