Caroline
I have a sapphire spa tub and recently when its on a cycle water comes out of this pipe. It has been nailed to the tub at some point. 20210607_102937.mp4
CanadianSpaTech
You will likely have to open it up and see where it goes. Does the spa have a pressurized filter system where you put the filter into a cannister and you have to place the top (see photo) into the cannister and use a lock ring to hold it in place? Some spas will have a small hole around the bottom lip of the filter canister to drain away any water if it leaks. It uses suction to suck the water out and can have that gurgling noise

CanadianSpaTech
Nope. Ok you will have to open it up and see where the line goes then. Might be a drain on/off valve inside
