DrLes Posted June 2, 2021 Report Share Posted June 2, 2021 leaking came from back (near motor) seal. Took apart and decided to change impeller, seal and bearing. New one has different dots on shaft and space (? white) will this still work ok or do I need to order a different one? Left, red dot, is the old one. RDspaguy Posted June 2, 2021 Report Share Posted June 2, 2021 The dots are a hp code for the guys at the factory to identify which impeller is in that wet end without taking it apart. But it may have changed a few times over the years. Place them side by side and compare the gap in the side.
