Pump doesn’t stay on

Help please! I have a Balboa GS100 spa that I’m wanting to heat, but I cannot get the pump/heater to stay on longer than 30 minutes. IE every 30 mins I have to go out and turn it on, so it takes days to get hot! Is this right? Do I need to run full jets to warm, or just the pump? Is there anyway to extend time period on pump? I have set jets to maximum on the control panel on the motor.

Check what mode you are in and verify it is in "Standard" mode and not economy or sleep mode. Also verify you have your filter cycle set at F2 = 2 hours out of 12 hour period or 4 hours out of 24 total. 2 hours in the am and 2 hours in the pm. Clean filters weekly
