As long as the moisture/water is not getting below the check valve I would say you are good. Is it a heated blower? (some blow warmed/heated air and some just blow air) Could be a bit of condensation but you want to make sure it is not getting below and back to the blower as it could possibly short it out. I would disconnect it below the check valve and check it for wetness

Again some blowers are internally heated. Depending on access wherever is easiest to get it apart below the check valve and feel around for wet. The moisture might dry out with some blower running time.
