LAKjun62 Posted May 7, 2021 Report Share Posted May 7, 2021 I have a 2005 Hot Springs spa with no heat. It has a new heater, the jet pumps work, and the circulating pump is working. On the main control board the Hi Lim OK light is on and the heater light is off. The control panel has Power and Ready lights blinking. Any ideas where to look for my problem? castletonia Posted May 9, 2021 Report Share Posted May 9, 2021 If I was blindly throwing parts at it I would start with the heater relay circuit board, that is always the first thing I suspect on the older Hot Springs assuming the circulation pump works. Post a picture of the circuit boards, equipment area, and wiring diagram. In the footwell is a jet that shoots bubbles into the spa 24/7. Those bubbles should be tiny champaign bubbles that shoot across the tub as they rise, not bigger bubbles that rise up from the jet nozzle nearly straight. How does yours look? If you have a pressure switch (some do some don't) unplug it from the board and cut and splice the wires together on the plug and reconnect it to the board. Turn off power to do this.
