fusioninfo
Hello, i have an older Dynasty Spa with gecko IN.XM and K600 topside. Had no heater when i bought it, so bought a brand new in.therm 4kw heater. A few hundreds later, got the RH-HR code, and RH-NC error when i remove the low voltage connector from the board. So.. I bought another in.xm off local ads, then got the same errors. To be noted, originally i had no display on the K600, and the secondary topside control connector was melting when connected to the mainboard, with a bad burning smell also. So the secondary topside seems to be shorted out ! Disconnecting it from the mainboard fixed the issue, and it displayed nicely. Are both boards shot ? What is leading to this error in these packs ? Maybe the brand new heater ive bought is defective (from local ads also, but was brand new in sealed bag) Anyone has found a way to fix this issue on these boards, is it software related, or related to the 24V huge relay in the pack, or the low voltage AC transformer ? I've also noticed from going thru tools/info on the K600, i see only information about the topside control, the other pages show no info. Is that normal was well ? Thanks for any help. Will gladly pay for assistance as i'm a bit desperate on this one.

fusioninfo
Well, found out the cable connector from the in.k600 was messed up, playing with it got the display backlight to turn on, and magic happened, the logos for the pumps and everything else related to the LL configuration selected appeared randomly on the screen, while holding it in a position i was able to start/stop the relays for the pumps. So, cut this thing out and made a diy connector, tested each pin 1 by 1, now the k600 works fine, backlight solidly on, but the logos for the pumps are all light bulbs. Tried switching to different LL settings, it goes thru clicking relays but no dice. Gets the RH HR on screen constantly as well. No dice.. I'm about to throw the tower. Bought a new heater, a used pack, a few hundreds later im still stuck; And i don't even know what's bad, either the boards, the heater, the topside controller.. Or the 3 of them. Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.
fusioninfo
Here's what the topside currently sits at. IDK how it's possible that at some point, with the messed up connector, i had the control of the spa pack with the topside when prying it, and now it's stuck like a brick with the cable i made. AaAAAAH. If i go into info, i see all -- for all the info pages but the topside info page. When i had control of the pack, i saw heater info, spa info.. everything was there
CanadianSpaTech
WOW a lot going on there. Does the pump related to the heater have flow or you can't get that far? We need water flowing through the heater or you will get the error code.
fusioninfo
Well im testing it on the bench, need to go back outside to try them with stuff connected. I tought on the bench with the heater connected it would give flo error? Also, do you know about the 4 lights logos? And what does the wrench key means? fusioninfo
Good morning ! Found out that the problem was in the heater, in the in.therm there is a small sensor connected via a jumper style cable, very thin.. it was not pushed in fully, maybe was disconnected partially in transit. Anyhow, put that back in and it's gone, no more RH-hr error. Thanks !
Yehme
Hey fusioninfo, are you able to send a pic sometime of the location of this cable/sensor youre talking about? Looking for a possible source of a rh error code on mine. Cheers
