alcam42
I have the option of buying the Caprio on sale (floor model) or spending another $1500 for the Marin. What is the benefit of having 1 pump vs 2 pumps? Also the pumps in the Marin are larger does that add a lot more power for the jets. I can use all the advice anyone can offer. I recently purchased a Caprio and am really enjoying it. I needed one that could run on 110V, so the Caprio is perfect. With 2 pumps, you should be able to use the jets in all of the seats at once where in the Caprio, you use a diverter valve to select which jets are in use. For one or two people that's no problem, if you have a full tub in might be inconvienient. Higher hp pumps should also give you more power, but for me, the Caprio has plenty. I find the seats in the Caprio very comfortable, especially the Adirondack chair. Your best bet would be to wet test them both if possible. Good luck!
