Phil Sims Posted April 8, 2021 Report Share Posted April 8, 2021 I have a Jandy LT400 pool heater. This year it failed to light. The Pool/Spa selector at the bottom of the the control will not select Pool or Spa, the lights just don't come on. I sent online and found the Zodiac troubleshooting guide of this control. The guide pointed me to the safety loop and got a couple of steps into the procedure (3 pin of the safety loop was supposed to have 24vac and it had 0vac. At this point the guide said to chect the thermistor then replace the control. I did ($245 for a used one, new ones are not available). It did not fix the heater... indications are exactly the same. All the other input voltages, grounds, resistance measurements, etc. are exactly as they are supposed to be. Anybody have any hints? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
