Preskey2021
Hello, I have taken on a Tiger River Spa Sumatran hot tub as a project. I have replaced the circulation pump with an original, new Watkins Silent flo 5000 pump, however the tub is not heating up??
RDspaguy
Are there any error codes or flashing lights? Are there any lights on the circuit board? Do you have a multimeter? Check voltage at the heater terminals on the board. Post some pics of the circuit board, wiring diagram, and equipment area.
Preskey2021
Hello..thank you for the reply. I have replaced the circulation pump and a one way valve that were both leaking..no leaks now in compartment. I have turned in on and the circulation pump kicks in. The display shows 40 degrees, the power and ready lights come on then the ready light goes off. The water does not seem to be heating up..pics of board and appliances attached..I have not yet checked the heater with a multimeter 20210414_170311.mp4 20210414_170311.mp4

Could your check valve be in backwards? Remove the filters. Jumper the pressure switch connection and test it out.
