NewAGPgal
I did a search for this and I there are a lot of threads on this subject but, my question did not result in any search results so I’m sorry if already been answered. I am a first time AGP owner. Neighbor said had chlorine tabs leftover from their pool so I didn’t need to buy more tabs yet. I have a 13’ x 42” AGP so a little less than 3k gallons. I added 4 tabs last night to newly filled pool. Realized this morning they are NOT chlorine but Bromine 😱! Pulled tab dispenser out and tabs don’t appear to have dissolved hardly at all. Considering how little was added to pool, am I safe to use Chlorine or do I really need to empty and start all over? Thank you in advance for any help and advice. Linda Cooper
What if they’ve been in three days and now level is zero and I need to shock. Is it okay to shock and start tomorrow with chlorine tablets? 2500 gal above ground pool
