Shay 1967 Posted March 27, 2021 Report Share Posted March 27, 2021 I have a Palm Springs that is less than 2 years old with a crack in one of the water pipes (The concertina one). Bestway have said that it’s not a manufacturing defect. How can it not be. They keep sending me to the same generic spares list which doesn’t show anything even remotely similar. can anyone help? Shay 1967 Posted April 24, 2021 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2021 I managed to sort the problem. The hose is only held on with 2 jubilee clips which are easily removed. I then went on to Hose Shop Uk and a very helpful person suggested the most suitable pipe. Cost £8 cut and fitted it myself. Sorted Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
