Jboatright
We have a 2002 Great Lakes Spa. Water level is good, filter is clean, but jets continuously surge and we noticed a clicking from circuit board. Where the click is light shines/sparks. Sorry, I'm not very techy with my terms, just trying to alleviate some frustrations for my husband. It sat for a couple days unplugged and when it started back up it heated up and ran fine for 10 minutes until he pushed the jet button twice. Thanks for any suggestions or help you can provide. I shared the video with one hot tub store and they said it was the circuit board... IMG_6067.MOV
castletonia
Cannot view the image / video. Could be a stuck relay on the circuit board, could be a stuck button on the control panel.

RDspaguy
Low water level, suction side leak, broken check valve, clogged filter. Just off the top of my head. Remove filters and try again. Get in (if it's not too cold) and check for suction at the grates in the footwell. One should be pulling in water when the pump is flowing. (There are ways to check without getting in, if necessary) Turn off power and look for leaks that weren't leaking when it was on.

RDspaguy
Start your own thread. If your spa gets blown up with air it is an inflatable, which has its own section.
