tomkitty
Intend to drain my tub in the near future. Plan is to do a system flush with Ahhsome using the existing water in the tub, then drain and refill, then superchlorinate before draining again and doing final refill. During superchlorination, understand I need to get the PH/TA balanced before adding dichlor. Concerning water temperature for superchlorination, can I use the water right out of the tap/hose (e.g. @ 60 degrees F) or do I need to warm/heat it prior to superchlorination? If the latter, what's the min temp I need to bring it up to for effective superchlorination?
