Bromine/chlorine too high after balancing water.

I may of screwed up a little.  I am setting this used tub up for the first time and I purged and over chlorinated the first round.  Then drained it and refilled.  I added sodium bromide and then added the 2tbs of "enhanced shock". Whatever that means.  the chemical is sodium Dichlor-s-triazinetrione.  Is this Dichlor?  Right now 18 hours later the test strip(I know, I am going to get the Taylor kit but I didn't know when I bought these and just wanted to get it running first) for FC/Bromine is 10ppm Chlorine/22ppm bromine(combined test strip). Do I just need to wait it out for it to lower?  Also should I use this shock in the future or just unscented bleach( I still have a ton left of the shock)
