So yesterday at 4:40 I got my tub up to 9.5 ppm

This morning at 9:10 am I have a reading of 5.5 ppm

So 4.5 ppm 16 hours I lost 4 ppm

I have 0 CC drop test checked FAS/ DPD I believe its called. With the powder

My question is would that be a normal loss I also have ozone. Or is that a sign I should super sanitize it.

Thank you

IF you have 0 ppm CC then yo do not need to shock. IF CC is 1 ppm or higher then shock. If you have ozone best practice is to test chlorine after using the tub and bring it to the proper range for your CYA level (for example, If CYA is at 30 ppm add enough chlorine to bring it up to 4 - 6 ppm, if below 30 then 2-5 ppm. If it's above 60 you should drain and refill and read about the dichlor/bleach method on this forum) The ozone will lower your FC the next time youuse the tub  it but your water will be ok,

Yes, that is normal.  Getting your spa to 3-5ppm after use and then having little to no chlorine 6-12 hours later is the goal.
