d.sebens
I guess they are under no obligation but I’ve paid them their previous listed price and their website said it was in stock.
d.sebens
Well to close this out, the new pack fixed it! Thanks guys for helping out! The family and I tested it tonight and it feels like a hot tub! Now to wait till my Taylor kit comes in so I can accurately measure the levels.
TubNewb
What board did you end up ordering? I have the same board with the same issue. Only difference is I have an extra relay on mine in the K6 (top) space. 9911-500117 Rev:F 3-72-7026
d.sebens
I ordered 3-72-7053. At the time they said it was being discontinued. Maybe you can find a new number @CanadianSpaTech is really good at finding part numbers. The other option would be to retrofit a new spa pack and topside on the tub. I am fairly sure it is arcing from the high limit relay to the heater connection. I am going to hook the heater up to power with an inductive amp clamp on it and check amperage on it to see where that is at. But either way I need a new board. Ref 2007 Dim1 DT19 Swim spa: Had to replace the board, 500.00 for a new one. Be aware prices are going up with the supply chain and inflation issues.
