Ok first off I work for a Hot Spring dealer in the Florida area. I might be a little biased since I have owned a Hot Spring spa for about 18 years before coming to work here about three years ago. I will give the information I am familiar with on the site and keep an objective mind to other spa manufacturers the same as I would if you came in my store.
