i have got it to 33.5 deg but this is after 2 days? Can anyone advise? Also air removed from system. All answers appreciated.

Gecko controls. @CanadianSpaTechis our gecko guru.

Are there any errors on the display? Test for voltage across the heater terminals. If no errors and no voltage it is likely a circuit board issue. Remove board and check the back for burns.

What you describe with the heater is called "dry fire" and could gave damaged the board, sensor, and/or pressure switch.

It looks like your high limit sensor (lower right of board, thin strip with yellow tag) is not installed on the heater but just hanging in the box. That could be your issue, but should cause an error code if I am not mistaken.

You will first have to put the Hi Limit tape (Bottom Right) of the circuit board back under it's holder and then give it a try before you go any further. Remove the butterfly nut and place the Hi Limit tape under the holder so it makes contact with the heater tube and reattach the butterfly nut.
