contact634 Posted November 6, 2020 Report Share Posted November 6, 2020 see my other thread after many attempts the heater still leaks so I need to replace it Im in Canada so its expensive and parts suppliers are limited Factory Sundance spa dealer wants $425.00 + tax and shipping OR aftermarket balboa $325.00 + tax and free shipping one year warranty on each what do you guys think are the balboa heaters any good or do I stick with OEM ? I am pretty sure they buy them (at least the pieces) from other suppliers, and maybe assemble them in house. We had a really terrible struggle with the current one during winter. Will it work with my 2001 model Sundance Optima? I feel the price is good too. I found an online dealer last week whose price was as good as this one, but I'm doubtful about how soon i will receive the shipment because of the issues with the pandemic and slowdown of the global logistics network. He mentioned something about being able to track the shipment using aliexpress tracking. Has anyone used this tracking site before and is it reliable?
