acb8d2 Posted October 5, 2020 Report Share Posted October 5, 2020 Our Wind River Hot Tub was working great. Even drained and cleaned it last month. Then we woke up Saturday to find that the control panel wouldn't turn on, the oxigenator wasn't running...basically everything was dead. We checked the GFCI, it's not flipped. Voltmeter shows 240 coming in, so there is power. Checked all 7 fuses and replaced 1 - turned it back on after that and no change. Pumps didn't start, screen didn't come on. Have seen things about a heat limit switch, but can't find anything like that anywhere to check. Our first call to Wind River resulted in them saying "we've never heard of this happening". jimmythegreek Posted October 8, 2020 Report Share Posted October 8, 2020 My first guess is the control panel went bad. It's not common but electronics can self destruct for no reason. I would open up the access panel gyer turning off the power to tub amd have a look around to see if anything is fried. Post some pics of the board.
