Circulation set to 24h

89.6 outside and sun beating on it ... I wonder if that's the problem.

Does the spa even have a small circulation pump that is supposed to run 24 hours? Or does it use the main 2 speed pump for filtration and heat? If it uses the main pump duration should be set at 2 hours per 12 hour period 2 times a day = 4 hours out of 24.

2 x 2 speed pumps it, uses low speed.

Really I had it running for 24hrs ... For a week

Is 4 hours really enough ?

Yes, it is. You are overheating your spa and burning up your motor and seal. Not good for your circuit board relays either. Listen to @CanadianSpaTech, this is not his first rodeo.😉

Thx, My Manual said at least 8 hours minimum 

"Spas with adjustable filter cycles should be operated a minimum of 8 hours a day to remove suspended particles that may exist.( 4 hours per a 12 hour period)"

So lol, I figured 24 hrs will be better  Hopefully I didn't destroy anything in first week of owning spa lmao!
