Chlorine Total: 0.1, Free: 0.1 TDS 200ppm PH 8.1 TA 105 Ca 93 Po 2500 ppb They said to add 140 Grams of TA+ 34 grams od pH- 100 grams of TH+ split in 3 doses every 3 hours 59 grams of chlorine And. 1.28L of Phos Cleanse ( about to add it ) But water turned cloudish no longer crystal clear, should I dump it and start again Thx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RDspaguy Posted August 8, 2020 Report Share Posted August 8, 2020 From your numbers I suspect it's calcium coming out of solution from high ph. Get it down and see if it dissolves. And strips and taylor test of the scale still 10ppm+ I think I will run Ahh Some tomorrow and dump it, and start fresh... Should I skip aqua finesses I guess ? Get pH in line first, add the baking soda and wait apprx 24 to 48 hours and retest. If levels are good (60 to 80 for unstablized chlorine, 80 to 100 for stabilized chlorine (but watch your CYA levels!) or bromine. Because of the amount of aeration in spas from the jets there is a tendency for pH to rise because of outgassing of CO2. Running your TA in these lower ranges helps counteract that. 59 grams of chlorine And. 1.28L of Phos Cleanse ( about to add it ) You don't need this! This can also cloud the water, btw!
