I raised the hot tub off the ground and pulled back the vinyl cover stapled to the bottom. Pulled out blown in insulation and I found a leak coming from the very bottom of my motomassage assembly. There was a small tube clamped on to a nipple. The nipple broke off. What is this tube for? It almost strikes me as a drain because its in the lowest point of the cavity. Any input would be helpful. castletonia Posted July 5, 2020 Report Share Posted July 5, 2020 Drain line for the Moto-Massage. You have two options. You can either replace the drain nipple that broke off and re-connect that drain line or you can epoxy that hole and plug the drain line. Really curious though about the vinyl cover part since Hot Spring doesn't have any plastic bottom on those spas, just the 60lb density insulation. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
