Elialita
Fist of all, hello! I'm Aria and I'm a new member of the PoolSpaForum. I'm from the UK, I like swimming, kayaking, diving, so all the activities that are connected with water. And I love pets, especially dogs (and I own one). This is my little introduction The main part of my message is below. We have a house in the countryside of London but still don't have our own swimming pool. Finally (I think this is because of the quarantine), my husband decided to build our own pool. Love him. He said it is really hard work so I have to find and buy "small stuff" like pool filters, chemistry, cleaner, etc. So I'm here to ask you: which pool cleaner do you use? I don't know which brand is good and which is not. I've already checked these articles https://www.thespruce.com/best-pool-cleaners-to-buy-4109256, https://www.bmmagazine.co.uk/business/choosing-the-right-swimming-pool-cleaner/, https://wisepick.org/best-suction-pool-cleaners/ and I think the robotic unit would be the best decision for us. They all recommend Zodiac as the best brand, is that true? Could someone recommend it? I really want your help because we have no experience with swimming pools. All suggestions are appreciated! Thanks in advance!
David Henderson
Hi Elialita, I have this robotic pool cleaner from Zodiac and it's been really good and clean up my pool nicely. But I guess it comes down to a few factors to consider: budget, pool size and how frequent you using your pool.
Chester Raman
I have a 1500ft inground pool, I use an Aiper Orca 2000 https://www.aiper.com/products/orca-2000. This machine cost me $900, if your pool is smaller than mine then you can pick something cheaper. If it's just a small plastic pool, you can go for a robot for around $200-$300.
