Steve Carl
I have a v2 pump which has been running perfectly and constantly at 38 degrees since November 2018. Today the electricity supply has been off and when it was reconnected, the pump will not start pumping water. All the lights and numbers seem to be OK, but no water flow. Any suggestions please. CanadianSpaTech
Test pump fuse to start. Large fuse on circuit board. Should say SC 25 or SC 30 on it. If you recently refilled the spa check for air lock in wet end.
Steve Carl
I've left it off overnight and it briefly started working this morning but shut down after about 30 seconds. I'm draining and cleaning the system now and will try again later today. Is there a reset button for the pump? I have lost the v2 manual. Can I download one? Thanks

Again I know nothing about these types of "spas"
Filer
Hi Steve did you have any joy resolving the issue? Our Swift V2 pump has just stopped working nor error code on panel and heat working fine just no jets 😢
