Tidal Fit Swim Spa (how do you get filtration system to stay in?)

Just bought a Tidal Fit Swim Spa ep -14

the filtration system was running 24-7 until 3 days ago. Now it won’t run at all. I have set preprogrammed timer and it will only stay in for a minute. I have put it in Serenity Mode and after 5 minutes it shuts off no matter what mode is set for.

any suggestions??? Please!!

I have called company who sold up spa and sent email and they didn’t return our call.

I sent mail through the tidal fit website when I had a question my dealer couldn't answer.  Maybe you could try that?

Hi. I’m looking into buying a title fit. Can you give me any suggestions or if you think it’s worth some money or should I consider a different brand? Right now the wait is until January but you have to order now. Would you get another one? Thanks so much

Really don't know much about swim spas, did some mild research when considering one for my parents but didn't get very far into the leading brands.  Only advice I can offer is to avoid any 2-in-1 combo hottub/swim-spa. Get a dedicated swim spa if that's what you're ultimately shopping for.   Definitely need to wet-test so you can test the power of the pump while exercising.
