jbover23
First week of January (coldest day of the yr around -4f with a -20-30 windchill) outside jacuzzi decided to stop heating. I replaced the filters, heater, hi limit switch, and temp sensor drained and refilled. The only thing i can think of is the circut board is next? The top controller works fine and the light calling for heat is on. NO CODES. Jets work as they should. Everyhting is normal just no heat. The breaker never tripped and the fuse is good. The board has a few dark areas but nothing that looked burnt or out of the ordinary. I replaced the circ pump last year also. Thank you in advance -Jason
Cusser
Sounds like you "threw parts at it" instead of troubleshooting. Call a repair service.
jbover23
Turned out to be the circuit board
Jwyrick85
Those boards are notorious for blowing out the big heater relays on the bottom of the board.
DanHTO
Recently saw a 2006 J345, same issue. Needed the exact same thing - new board. After the new board went it, the topside was a little funky. Turned off at the breaker, then back on and working properly.
