tripper2001 Posted December 21, 2018 Report Share Posted December 21, 2018 Hi All, My apologies if this is answered elsewhere but I couldn't find a thread that outlined the steps elsewhere. I use the bleach method discussed on this forum. I live in Ontario and am looking to change the water in my hot tub for the winter. I last changed my hot tub October and at that time I used a pipe cleaner and also scrubbed the inside of the tub once empty. I was hoping to just empty the water then refill from the hose but my dealer recommends doing the pipe cleaner and tub scrub every time it is emptied. Is this necessary at every water change or can it be done twice a year instead at spring and fall perhaps? I'm not having any issues with my water.
