Spa Started To Coninuously Run

Hi Ya'll,

I have an 05' Catalina New Yorker

Two weeks ago, I noticed that the spa wouldn't shut off completely. I was getting out and usually press the Jets 3 times to shut off. Waterfall was still running. 

I left it running for a few hours and noticed a weird smell so I shut it down. Started it up again the next morning to test nothing changed. 

Called a pro, he said it was a defective board CAT102. 

Ordered a new board, installed it, same issue. 

Trouble shot it by:

Set to 75 (heater light comes on)

Let stand for 30 mins

Tempature hit 75, heater light goes off, still circulating (pro said it's a pump that runs on low)

Have no idea what's up, and the pro doesn't know. Any ideas? I am using nature 2.
