20 amp breaker tripping hot springs prodigy

I noticed the lights were out on the control panel so I checked the breakers both main and GFI 30 and 20 amp near the tub. All was good and nothing had tripped. I pulled the control panel and dissembled it and found moisture. I dried it out, resealed it, and reinstalled it. I turned the power on and now the control panel was working, I could turn on the jet pumps which I did for just  a few seconds and it sounded funny so I removed the cover to find the water had drained. I couldn't find the leak so I began to fill it up and noticed the small hose connection that squirts water from the recirc line to the filter well was leaking. I fixed it and filled the tub up. I went to turn it on after filling and the control panel would light up, a green light marked LIM and a red light labeled Control Board Power on the main board would light up simultaneously then the red light would go out and the green light labeled LIM would stay lit. A second or so later the 20 amp GFI breaker would trip. I disconnected the control panel ribbon cable and it sill did the same thing. I checked all the grounds on the pumps and main board and found a loose ground wire on the control panel so I fixed that and still the same thing. Anybody have any ideas? It didn't start tripping the breaker until I had filled the tub.
