demj1308 Posted November 17, 2018 Report Share Posted November 17, 2018 Recently picked up a hot springs jetsetter model that is leaking, i noticed around the inside of the jet housings there appears to be a gasket with cracks. Is this housing removable without digging thru all the foam to get to back side ? or do i need to pull off side panel which is glued on and start digging ? BoredSalesman Posted November 20, 2018 Report Share Posted November 20, 2018 The jet body is not removable without digging through the foam. You will more than likely have to cut the jet body in half with a wire saw from inside the spa as you won't be able to remove the nut from the back. Probably better off just trying to put a bead of silicone where the gasket is. May not hold, but it would be easier than cutting the whole thing out.
