Pump overdrawing water

Hi 

 

My pump starting over drawing water and Pump meter is showing low PSI.

Pump is sending the water to solar plant which is on the roof of my house. 

 

But when i checked filter, seems very less water going to filter as compared to suction.

Does anyone knows-What might be wrong?
