Loss of air in side walls of lazy spa

Hi , inflated about a month ago and now I need to add air ,is this normal ? 

 

We have had a heat wave here if that makes a difference and it's in full sun

Air pressure increases in a sealed system as temperature rises.  However, doubt that your system is perfectly sealed, like one needs to add air periodically to vehicle tires, bicycle tires, etc.  So my guess is just needs air addition each month.

However, I think that you should call your manufacturer's technical line and ask there.
