kmdpool
We had a 48 inch high, 15 x 30 above ground pool that lasted more than 20 years and now investigating what to replace it with. Our first thought was the same size but we are finding there seems to be not be much choice in that size and most are 52 inches high. We were still trying to find a 48 inch high since it will go against a deck on one side that is that same height. When choosing a liner for the 48 inch high pool some are saying we should switch to a 52 inch pool and either pay the cost to dig down the extra 4 inches or just deal with the side being higher against the deck. Are 48 inch pools actually being phased out? If so, are corresponding liner sizes also harder to find so if we needed a replacement in the future we might have difficulty finding one? Thanks for any advice or clarification on this topic.
