Can Anyone Tell Me Something About This Tub?

Hi everyone. I thank you in advance if anyone with more knowledge than me (that would be everyone, lol) could possible give me any information about the hot tub below.

Here is the deal. Single mom here to 17 year old daughter with rare joint disorder and it was suggested that a hot tub might help. Also, there is the entertainment factor for both of us. Although money is not entirely an issue, I only have a handful of years left in this house (anywhere from 1 year to 4) and I would prefer to buy something high quality but used. But I'm having a problem with the people who advertise used tubs. They seem to think that people don't care about the make and model, and all the information they can typically supply is "really nice tub! Lots of jets! Works perfectly!" If I ask specific questions some of them even get irritated. sigh....

Anyway, I found a few used Nordic Retreats but decided I really want something with at least one lounge and more jets, and something that seats around 6. So I found the below advertised for sale by a guy who buys and sells things, including hot tubs. Problem is, he knows nothing about this particular hot tub, except that right now it works. I've asked him to give me the brand and model and even the serial number, as well as the age, and.... nothing. He doesn't know. The only thing he knows is that it is an "island hot tub" and I'm wondering if that means it's an Artesian brand, one of their Island line tubs. But I don't know how old it is. He wants $3500 for it delivered. He is one hour away and I guess I will have to go see it and see if I can figure out what it is if no one can give me info, but I thought I would try this first. Thank you again.... Kari's mom.

I say "no info, no money." You do not need to buy someone else's problems.
He sounds like a charlatan salesman who wants to dump off something to make a quick profit. you could send over a knowledgeable spa service person to check it out.Might cost a hundred or so but could save you 3500 on a dog. Chalk it up to good buyer research. Good luck
