Zap
My test kit keeps showing a light yellow for bromine. It always has tabs floating in plastic container. It was reading great until my ph went crazy. Now the PH is good, alkaline (just a little high today) but good. Would the bromine test show light yellow if there was too much? I have 300+!gal. As a new spa owner I could use all the help I can get. Seems hard to get proper balance.
Pjtrickett
Make sure it's a bromine kit. Is it available or free bromine? Try anotger type of kit or test strip. Usually too much bromine turns strips brown and causes ph to show really high.
