Nordic Crown XL- control panel going haywire

I've recently refilled my tub for the winter season, has been drained and out of use for approx 4 months. It all started up ok, tub got up to 39 degrees and we used it that day with no problem. When I went to use it the day after the control panel was not responding at all, even to turn the lights on, the pump was not kicking in either....??

Nothing had tripped out or fused, everything seemed to be powered ok.... Spoke to a local service guy who said it was probably the PCB???

Can anyone help. Tub is 2 yrs old

thank you
